Acted as exclusive financial advisor to Newport Insurance in its sale to Starkweather & Shepley. Newport Insurance is a retail insurance agency serving both commercial and personal lines customers. Following the acquisition, Newport Insurance and its 13 employees will continue to operate out of its Middletown, RI office.
